Application: 

Testing lifetime of a battery or battery pack; carry out simulative testing of battery cycling charge/discharge capability. 

Features: 

It is controlled by fully-digital microprocessor. Battery capability is automatically tested by TESTER20 testing system through controlling, adjusting, setting, and simulating battery charging/discharging process. This equipment adopts modular drawer structure, which can put 1-12circuits into one cabinet, to realize the multifunctional features with equipments’ parallel connection. Moreover, it adopts ethernet communication to monitor the real-time data. 

Functions: 

It can fully meet the international and national battery standard testing requirements of setting testing procedures and parameters, to test the battery’s cycling lifetime, capacity and so on. It has the following working modes: constant-current/constant-voltage charging, constant-current discharging, constant-power discharging, constant internal resistance discharging, cycling, static and so on. It also has the judging function for time, voltage, current, phase capacity, accumulative charging capacity, accumulative discharging capacity, total capacity, power, internal resistance, energy(WH), current variation rate, voltage variation rate, total temperature(optional function), cell voltage(optional function), cell temperature(optional function) and so on. As well as the protection function for overcurrent, broken-down, upper&lower limited voltage, overheating, power-off data logging and power on recovering; Connected with PC via ethernet interface, the device can perform central network control over multiple testers to store and print the data if required.
