Ningyang Bangneng Engineering Materials Co., LTD., located in Ningyang Economic Development Zone, Taishan county, Taian City, Shandong Province, was established in November 2006, the existing staff of 60 people, including various kinds of professional and technical personnel 28 people, all kinds of short fiber annual production capacity of 5000 tons.  Since its establishment, after more than ten years of development, the company has become a large manufacturer specializing in the production of battery fiber.  
In 2014, the company introduced the international leading ultra-short fiber production line and put it into production successfully, which not only fills the gap of China's independent production of special ultra-short fiber, but also reaches the international advanced level in this field.  
In recent years, the company and well-known universities and experts at home and abroad, the key technology of key research, effectively solve the domestic battery to add ultra-short fiber in the process of dispersion is not uniform, after the application and paste combination is not good and other problems, greatly improve the battery plate service life and storage capacity and space.  
In the application of ultra-short fiber, after years of technical accumulation by our scientific research team, the ultra-short fiber for lead-acid battery and start-up battery produced by us has exceeded the same type of foreign imported products.  At present, it is widely used in domestic large battery manufacturing enterprises, and the customer feedback is good.  
The battery super short fiber and lead paste produced by our company are well combined and evenly dispersed, which better solves the problems of uneven dispersion and low elongation of imported fiber at present.  Through the promotion and application of battery enterprises in recent years, it has reached the international advanced level.  
At present, our domestic cooperative enterprises mainly include: Tianeng battery, SUPER power battery, Lisi battery, Shanghai Sidi battery, Jiesi battery, HONGda power supply, Fujian Yizhou Power Technology, Jiangxi Changxin power supply, Jiangxi Jingjiu power supply and other large battery enterprises.  The main foreign cooperative customers are: The United States Exside Group, The United States Delphi, South Korea SOLITE battery, India Clolade company and so on.
